Cancellation Policy:
24 hours after receiving confirmation email you can cancel without any charge.
2weeks cancellation notice needed between May 1-October 31
Late cancellation might resolve at 50% of the stay.
If no show - we have a right to charge the credit card on file for the entire 100% of the stay on the date of your supposable arrival.
Payment Policy:
We are obligated to no refunds.
We keep the right to use the credit card on file provided by the guest. however, we don’t hold payment on the card and process the payment on the day of guest’s arrival.
We give our guest opportunity to pay with cash, Debit Card or different credit card.
We do not accept American Express Credit card as a payment method.
No checks, no money orders.
All deposits are non-refundable.
