	In Summer you can: Rent a fishing motor boat right on site or fish off the docks. Swim or get a tan at our private beach and swimming area. Have barbeque right on the lake.
	In Winter you can: Ice Fish on the lake few steps from your room. Park & Ride snowmobile from the motel because we are located on the NY snowmobile trails.
